DSC_0038Hello my dear friends, how are you? January is the time of the year when we relax and recover after the holidays. Recover? Yes, you read it well, we need to recover after eating well during the holiday season. All of my girlfriends are on some kind of diet. Among them,to be honest, I am on a diet, too. Since it is time of year when we take care of our body, here is one recipe for nurished and beautiful body skin.

RECIPE

1 Tsp of shea butter

1 Tsp of virgin coconut oil

2 Tsp of olive oil

20 drops of your favorite esential oil or half tsp of some organic extract. I use coconut extract.

Be beautuful, nurished and healthy.
