My dear friends, how are you? Fall arrived and winter is nearly here. It is essential to take care of our skin during winter especially because most of the people do not do it properly during summer. Winter is not a good season for our skin because we are exposed daily to temperature variation. We leave our warm homes and we go out in the cold weather when temperatures often go under 0 degrees C. What can we do? During winter, no matter how harsh weather conditions are, if we pay just a little attention to it, our skin will glow in no time. In today’s post I will talk about something I did before but in a little different way. One of my first posts on the blog was about oil cleansing method. Many times I wrote and said during my seminars, how important it is to choose the right oil for you. Your skin “will tell you” what is good for it. Personally, I have mixed type of skin and if I don’t take good care of my skin, some pimples can appear. I use oil cleansing method for a long time now and recently I started using pumpkin seed oil to wash my face with. Results are exceptional. This, allow me to say healing oil, possess a lot of vitamin E and zinc as well. Zinc is very important for our health. It helps us fight against virus proliferation in our body and it can help to prevent us from the flu as well. Take advice from a doctor or pharmacist on how much zinc you can take. You may use pumpkin seed oil in case you are not allergic to it and if it is good for your skin. In that case you may use it during the whole winter. This oil has so many benefits that can help us get rid of dead cells of our skin and it will help tame a little bit the nature in anti aging process.
