I am sure that you know all about this, but I would like to mention sleeping position. First of all, you need to forget to sleep with a pillow and if possible, sleep on your back. This advice is given by plastic surgeons.
Groceries that will help you look young will find their place in your kitchen very easily. Those are : Lemon, grapefruit, avocado, lettuce, egg whites, organic apple cider vinegar. To this list, we need to add sodium bicarbonate, aloe Vera and clay as well. Today, I would like to share with you one face mask recipe that will help your skin regenerate and it is known as elixir of youth. If you use it twice a week, your skin will look younger and little wrinkles will disappear. I got this recipe from one girl friend of mine, I am using this mask for some time now and I warmly recommend it to you .
Recipe
Put in a blender some lettuce, 1 table spoon of olive oil and one tea spoon of lemon juice. Mix it well until having a homogeneous mass, then apply it on your clean skin. After 20 minutes wash it off with water, first lukewarm water and then cold water. Put then on a moisturising creamon your face.
